Sadiq Khan

Sadiq Khan has held senior executive roles in
the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years,
including leadership of the Actonel franchise
at sanofi-aventis. His team sponsored the
IMPACT trial, a landmark study that proved
among other endpoints, the powerful effect of
physician-to-patient messaging on patient
adherence in osteoporosis treatment. His experience with this and numerous other adherence initiatives has given him an in-depth understanding of a wide range of adherence solution options.

He has managed brands and led teams in over ten therapeutic areas including asthma, osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, hyperlipidemia, and obesity.

Mr. Khan founded Pharmique Health, a consulting firm focused on strategic marketing and alliance management in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

Kathleen M. Shay

Kathleen Shay is a partner at Duane Morris LLP. Her practice is devoted primarily to business finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters for both public and private corporations.

Ms. Shay serves on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Capital Alliance, and as an Advisory Board member of the Women’s Investment Network. She recently completed her second term as a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and is a member of the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Association.

Ms. Shay received her B.A. from Villanova University and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of The Villanova Law Review.
